The Education Ministry provides Christian based guidance to the youth and their parents as they strive for excellence in education through academics and community service. Education Ministry helps elementary and middle grade students prepare for math and ELA exams. Offers seminars to prepare parents for one-on-one teacher conferences. Tutorial services also available.
Second Sunday, which is Youth Sunday. During the 10:45am Worship Service students are recognized for their academic achievements. Parents can click here to submit form. On Second Sunday the Bethel youth pray, read scripture and morning announcements, usher, and sing.
In June the graduating seniors are gifted with a leather-bond Bible inscribed with their name during the morning worship service. As Pastor Hunt says, its operating instructions for life. Following the 10:45am Worship Service, parents, students, family, and friends gather at Villa Borghese in Wappingers Falls for the Annual Scholarship Luncheon. Students give speeches and receive book awards and scholarships. Our younger students are not forgotten for their hard work, either, they receive gift certificates to a bookstore.

Saturday, March 17: The Education Ministry will be conducting both English Language Arts (ELA) and Math Practice Test for 3rd-8th grade students. Sign-up sheets available in the vestibule and should be sumbited to Sis. Linda Melton-Mann or Sis. Arlene Dembo.
